About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team as a Band 6 Community Specialist Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to expand their knowledge and skills in neuro rehabilitation, working with complex neurological patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with complex neurological conditions, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and best practice guidelines.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers, promoting independence and self-management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies, ensuring best practice in neuro rehabilitation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Postgraduate training in neuro rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Experience working in a complex multidisciplinary team, with a focus on neurological care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
