**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Welcome Officer at Kirklees Council. As a Welcome Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ensuring the security and cleanliness of our museums.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

- Provide information and advice to visitors, promoting our museums and services.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience of dealing with the public, providing information, advice, or sales.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
