Museum Ambassador

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Museum Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information and advice to visitors on our museum's collections and exhibitions
• Assist with the delivery of events and activities, including workshops and guided tours
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of customer care
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the visitor experience

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a museum or cultural setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays
