Job Title: Museum Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Museum Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ensuring the security and cleanliness of our museums.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering questions and providing information about our exhibitions and facilities.
  • Assist with a wide range of events and activities, including educational programs, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.
  • Main Hours: Part-Time

    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience of dealing with the public, providing information, advice, or sales.
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with heritage and culture, with a passion for sharing knowledge with others.
