About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading logistics and automation company in Derbyshire. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance, electro-mechanical engineering, and controls fault finding.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of automated systems
  • Conduct electro-mechanical engineering tasks to resolve issues and improve efficiency
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults in PLC control systems
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes

Requirements:



  • Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and PLC control systems
  • Good understanding of automated systems and materials handling
  • Ability to work at heights using harnesses
  • Continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
