Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Charter Broker to join our team. As a Senior Charter Broker, you will be responsible for generating and managing a pipeline of qualified sales prospects, building and maintaining business relationships with existing and prospective customers, airlines, and other suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Aircraft Charter Management: Manage the charter process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Contract Management: Ensure all client contracts, invoices, and trip sheets are sent to the client and uploaded into our CRM in a timely manner.
  5. Risk Management: Ensure our clients' risk is mitigated and all essential contractual clauses are covered.
  6. Travel and Representation: Be willing and flexible to travel on company business globally, representing the company at meetings, networking events, and flight representation.
  7. Team Support: Assist with training junior brokers, passing down knowledge and experience, and supporting colleagues with advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 3 years of similar aircraft charter experience is essential.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (written and oral), and excellent telephone manners.
  3. Team Player: A team player who appreciates the value of co-operation within a local office and international teams.
  4. Language Skills: Second language is desirable, but not essential.
