We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Global Group Partnerships Ltd, a leading and growing façade contractor in the UK. If you have experience with curtain walling, façade, architectural glazing, glazing, structural glass, cladding, and the exteriors, then this will be an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Contract Administration: Manage JCT contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Cost Planning and Estimating: Develop and implement cost plans and estimates for façade and glazing projects, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Site Visits and Surveys: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Contract Reviewing: Review and analyze contracts to ensure they meet company requirements and industry standards.
- Commercial Tracking and Spend Reviews: Monitor and analyze project spend to ensure it aligns with budget and forecast.
- Final Accounts: Prepare and finalize project accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
