About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Façade Consultant to join our team at Henriksen Studio. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading the coordination, technical assessments, and management of Façade projects during RIBA Stage 5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of Façade engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate Façade systems into overall project designs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Plan, manage, and attend regular site and factory visits to assess Façade system installations and manufacturing processes.
  • Produce comprehensive technical reports, including Façade performance assessments, inspection notes, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Façade engineering, with extensive experience in project coordination, site inspections, and technical reporting.
  • Proficiency in Façade systems, materials, and construction methods (e.g., curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of managing complex Façade projects from design to completion.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to produce clear, concise reports and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
