Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) - New Glasgow Aberdeen Shopping Centre

About the Role:

The Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) position is a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires a passion for fitness and a strong desire to assist others. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for generating membership leads, coaching new members on the use of club equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our members.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Deliver engaging and informative orientations to new members, showcasing the benefits of our fitness programs and services.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their fitness goals and providing personalized support to help them achieve success.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for members and guests.
  • Prior sales experience and a strong customer service background are essential for success in this role.
