Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) - New Glasgow Aberdeen Shopping Centre

About the Role:

The Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) position is a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires a passion for fitness and a strong desire to assist others. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for generating membership leads, coaching new members on the use of club equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate membership leads through various methods, including community events, outreach, referrals, and business partnerships
  • Coach and instruct new members on cardiovascular and weight training orientations
  • Assist members with fitness concerns and ensure they are satisfied with our services
  • Responsible for the front desk area and greet each member and guest
  • Previous sales experience is an asset

Requirements:

  • Passionate about fitness and helping others
  • Strong customer service skills
