Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) - New Glasgow Aberdeen Shopping Centre

Job Summary:

The Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) role is a dynamic position that requires a passion for fitness and a strong customer service focus. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for generating membership leads, coaching new members, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate membership leads through community events, outreach, referrals, and business partnerships
  • Coach and instruct new members on cardiovascular and weight training orientations
  • Assist members with fitness concerns and ensure they are satisfied with our services
  • Manage the front desk area and greet each member and guest
  • Previous sales experience is required

Requirements:

  • Passionate about fitness and helping others
  • Strong customer service skills
