Main Responsibilities

  • Catering: Ensure the provision of high-quality patient food and drink services, adhering to strict food safety standards and guidelines.
  • Communication/Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to patients, guests, clinical staff, and work colleagues.
  • Audits and Monitoring: Monitor food hygiene, health, and safety policies, and provide support for the housekeeping team to ensure compliance.
  • People Management: Effectively line manage a team of housekeepers, providing daily assistance, training, rostering, appraisals, and career development.
