Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework

- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
