We are seeking a skilled Senior Document and Data Controller to join our client's team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of company documents and data, adhering to configuration management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record and manage documents/data in the Configuration Management Database.
  2. Control and maintain existing documents in the Configuration Management Database.
  3. Distribute documents/data externally and internally.
  4. Monitor and control the quality of internal documents.
  5. Create and manage relevant structures in the Configuration Management Database.
  6. Monitor and control the state of the Configuration Management Database.
  7. Control access to the Configuration Management Database.
  8. Provide support to project team members for CADM-related queries and guidance on document and data management.
  9. Report on activities, Configuration Management Database state, and documentation/data status.
  10. Manage and control secondary Configuration Management Databases access.
  11. First line of support for user issues (troubleshooting) in all Configuration Management Databases.
  12. Contribute to and produce data management processes and support process improvement.
  13. Record, control, maintain, and distribute controlled data.
  14. Provide reports to the CADM Team Lead and/or project, product, or service teams.
  15. Work in a shared workload environment, either assigned to a specific project, product, or service or support many in collaboration with other CADM team members.
  16. Oral and written English language essential.
  17. Minimum 2 years document control experience in a technical or data management environment.
  18. Digitally literate and proficient with MS Office Tools.
  19. Previous experience of file/data management tools (MS Office, PDF editor, FTP, Nero, etc.).
  20. Previous experience of Product Data Management tools (Windchill, Teamcenter, Aras Minerva, etc.).
  21. Exposure to APQP, CMII would be an asset.

Desirable Skills:

  1. European languages advantageous.
  2. Understanding of project, product lifecycle highly desirable.
