Event Business Development Representative

As a Sales Executive at Step Ahead Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads, pitching a portfolio of events and digital platforms, and building and growing a client portfolio using an established database and commercial information.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, driving revenue growth and building relationships with high-end clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, self-motivated and eager to earn money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and converting new business opportunities
- Nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
The salary for this position is up to £25,000 basic + uncapped commission, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to take their career to the next level.
