Role Overview

We are recruiting for an exciting new role as a Functional Assessor. This is a fantastic opportunity for healthcare professionals to utilize their skills and experience in a new and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals, including initial reviews, face-to-face, video or telephone evaluations.
  • Develop comprehensive reports of the evidence gathered during each assessment, providing detailed analysis and justification.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
About the Job

This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from home and also conduct assessments at our centres via a rota basis. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for observing and reporting on an individual's ability to carry out daily activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years' experience and registration with the NMC/HCPC.
