Clinical Assessment Position
Reactive Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals affected by historical events.

About the Role:
This is a remote position that requires strong self-management skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain neutral on sensitive historical matters. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post-registration experience as a Doctor, Nurse, or Allied Healthcare Professional and be fully registered with the GMC, NMC, or HCPC, with a valid PIN and no restrictions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage your workload independently and assess individuals who may have been affected by historical events in Northern Ireland. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (in person and remotely), reviewing medical evidence and documenting detailed reports for decision-making. Engage with other healthcare professionals to gather supporting medical evidence when necessary. Compile structured, evidence-based assessment reports for the Victims Payment Board. Ensure the quality and productivity targets are met as per contractual service level agreements.

Benefits:
A competitive salary range of £38,500 - £41,500, retention bonus of 5%, additional bonus up to 10% for quality and retention, and estimated total earnings of £45,650.
