Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the High Wycombe area. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Administer medication and monitor residents' responses, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide nursing care, including wound care and palliative care, in accordance with CQC guidelines.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalized care and support.
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families, promoting a positive and caring environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to CQC regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of care.
- Participate in the induction and ongoing training of new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards, with a commitment to upholding these standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
- An excellent salary of £23.50 per hour, with an annual salary of up to £53,768.
