Job Title: North America Implementation & Deployment Technician

As a vital member of our dynamic Implementation Team, the North America Implementation & Deployment Technician plays a crucial role in providing remote Print Solution deployments for HP direct Customers and its Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute solution installations in line with pre-defined project scopes.
  • Collaborate with HP technical consultants and Channel partner presales to prepare and onboard new clients.
  • Leverage technical expertise to manage small to large device installations across a global client base.
  • Coordinate with internal and external project management teams to meet key milestones and ensure successful deployments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and escalate service requests that cannot be met within agreed service levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Print Solution deployments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
