Job Summary:
The University of Edinburgh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Space and Rental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all operational aspects related to the on- and off-boarding process of our commercial partners and researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the on- and off-boarding process of commercial partners and researchers, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Oversee and plan all non-teaching activities in our building, including those conducted by commercial partners and non-University users.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with academic, commercial, and professional services staff across the University.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our commercial partners and researchers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management and coordination, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
