Established in the heart of West End, London, our luxury fashion and design studio is seeking an experienced Design Studio Operations Manager to join their team.

Earning a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on culturally significant projects that push the boundaries of textile design.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience managing studio operations, team schedules, and budgets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing monthly accounts and budgets and overseeing HR-related matters.
  • Conducting research for new projects, sourcing specialist materials, and finding new collaborators.
  • Overseeing all design projects and assisting as needed.
  • Liaising with manufacturers and independent designers to coordinate the production process and maintain quality control.
  • Filing both digital and physical systems.

You will be working directly with the Founder and the team to support on:

  • Administration
  • Meeting coordination
  • Diary management
  • Facilities and maintenance of the studio
  • Communication
  • Orders and deliveries

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience managing studio operations, team schedules, and budgets.
  • A self-motivated, self-starter with strong leadership qualities.
