Civils Site Manager

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our client's team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage the delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Site Management: Supervise and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and operatives, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing measures to prevent accidents.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- SMSTS Certification: Hold a valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
- CSCS Managers Card: Possess a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Managers Card.
- First Aid Training: Hold a valid first aid training certification.
- Full UK Driving License: Possess a valid full UK driving license and own transport.
