Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to drive health, safety, and environmental improvements in our dynamic team in Rochester. As a proactive and competent professional, you will support the HSE Manager in implementing and managing an effective HSE strategy. Your key responsibilities will include providing advice, coaching, and leadership to operational management and employees, investigating incidents/accidents, conducting regular safety tours and inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. If you have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a NEBOSH or IOSH certification, we encourage you to apply. You will be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working day shifts with a great work-life balance. Your salary will be £33,000 per annum. We are looking for a professional who can foster a safety-first culture and help us maintain the highest safety standards.
