About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposition Manager to join our team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our Proposition team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering propositional developments that enhance our Wrap platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Wrap in developing and managing our Wrap Platform proposition, aligning it with business objectives, the future roadmap, and our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the Wrap Platform proposition, ensuring it meets the needs of our advisers and end-clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including insight, distribution, operational, and technology teams, to design and implement propositional developments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop a roadmap that supports the delivery of the commercial plan.
  • Undertake analysis to support discovery activities in developing business cases for new initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of the Wrap proposition and any new product deliveries.
  • Stay up to date with compliance requirements, ensuring our propositions and activities adhere to regulations.
  • Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, applying market insights to enhance our proposition.
About You

We're looking for a Proposition Manager who is a strategic thinker, able to anticipate and solve complex problems. You should have a proven track record in proposition management, product development, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

You will be responsible for driving the Wrap platform's commercial goals alongside a healthy risk management approach, while also driving medium to longer term initiatives that improve our core platform journeys, drive better service design, and improve integration between our platform and the adviser ecosystem.

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver propositional developments that meet the needs of our advisers and end-clients.
