We are seeking a highly skilled Product Proposition Manager to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our Health sector team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for our products in the UK and ROW.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Product Management team to research and develop business cases for new product developments, analyzing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer across the organization, driving customer satisfaction through strong value propositions and exceptional customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer usage, competitor products, and market trends to inform product requirements and drive long-term product strategy.
- Establish and manage commercial partner strategies, integrating partners to enhance product capabilities and partnering with commercial partners to sell health solutions through their existing channels.
- Work closely with our Product Management and Marketing teams to develop product USPs and messaging that resonates with customers, new business targets, and market influencers.
- Support the management of internal product launch activities, ensuring that Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, and Project Management teams understand the proposition, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct research on competitor activity, market sizing, trends, and policy changes to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to develop content for Sales and Marketing campaigns, including presentation materials, product demonstration videos, newsletter content, blog articles, and brochures.
- Support the production and approval of Software Release Bulletins, Information Bulletins, and internal briefings.
- Assist the Sales team with bid responses, sales proposals, and quotations as required.
- Support the management of NEC product roadmaps with our Product Management teams and Product Catalogue.
- Contribute to the development of content on our Customer Portals.
- Support the analysis of customer and sales activity to inform business budget and investment planning.
- Experience in a similar Product Marketing-focused role within the Health sector.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and partner organizations, with experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the IT sector, with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple, understandable, and relatable messages.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, working with minimal direction.
