They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a digital platform that will revolutionize how they serve their customers and colleagues.
As the Product Manager for Customer Experience, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and intuitive experience for their clients across various investment and wealth management products.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team to tackle the biggest UX challenges and ensure that the service elements of the products are always considered in the discovery phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that the user experience and user interface are meet the highest standards.
- Partner with the Head of Product to drive organizational change and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience working on regulated products with a good foundational understanding of investments, ISA's, Pensions, and General investments.
- Good understanding of compliance and risk.
- Experience driving organizational change and transformation with a focus on digital.
- Strong experience working in agile squads, working in sprints and with cross-functional teams with a keen eye for UX and a passion for working with designers.
- Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to drive change through storytelling.
The role reports into the Head of Product and requires 2 days per week in their central London Office.
The Interview process is as follows:
- Intro call with HoP
- Case Study Interview with HoP and another team member (tbc)
- Final Culture fit interview.
