The Role

We seek an exceptional Tech Solutions Specialist/Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in driving our cloud-first strategy, ensuring the effective management and enhancement of our cloud-based systems.

You will work closely with our CTO and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address business challenges through effective technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance our cloud-based systems, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other specialised applications.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective technology strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and automation between systems using APIs and workflow automation techniques.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Independently manage your workload, balancing day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in a hands-on technical role, preferably in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft certifications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
  • Familiarity with Docker or serverless app development/deployment.
  • Good understanding of API usage for SaaS integrations.
