Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Site Worker to join our team at Stonbury, a leading water industry contractor. As a Construction Site Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality work on our Water Utility and Environmental Agency contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading and storing building materials and plant.
- Store, handle, use, and dispose of materials in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform physical tasks such as basic timber shuttering, drainage, and kerb laying, material mixing, and application.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as diggers, dumpers, and compressors, with CPCS training.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, including wearing full PPE at all times.
- Follow the Company Safety Handbook and all other safety instructions.
- Follow all training and reasonable instructions given.
Requirements
- A full clean driving license is essential.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads.
