About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Teaching and Learning Support Specialist to join our team at SENDhelp Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs.

The successful candidate will provide tailored support for pupils requiring help with communication, mobility, and personal care, fostering their development and independence. The role involves working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver holistic support.

As a Teaching and Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Autism. You will assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and feeding, in a manner that respects pupils' dignity.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
