About the Role

This role involves working closely with experienced teachers to provide individualized support and promote academic achievement. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, implementing educational programs, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with emotional behavioral difficulties, autism, and ADHD
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English Level 4/Grade C
  • Prior experience working with children and young people (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:
