This is a key role within the Supply Chain & Manufacturing department of a leading FMCG food/retail company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cost savings and process improvements across various business departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of cost models and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cost modelling processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate costs and drive cost savings.
- Provide insights to stakeholders based on cost analysis and projections.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Strong background in Operational Continuous Improvement, cost modelling, or financial management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Strong negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and vendors.
- A degree in Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A competitive annual salary.
- An annual bonus scheme offering up to 20% of the base salary.
