About the Position

As the NRM Analytics Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing analytics capabilities within the Consumer Goods sector across various European markets. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the NRM analytics strategy for Consumer Goods EMEA, significantly improving the tools, methodologies, and insights that drive our data-centric NRM transformation initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external partners, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors, to navigate our NRM analytics journey.

To excel in this role, you must possess the confidence to develop analytical solutions using widely adopted software, a robust understanding of the interplay between data and real-world business challenges, and a commitment to seeing complex projects through to successful completion.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the NRM analytics strategy; inclusively prioritize opportunities for enhanced analytics, plan and allocate resources, meet deadlines, and celebrate achievements.
  • Independently and collaboratively develop new analytical solutions with both internal and external experts.
  • Integrate new solutions into the Essity operational framework alongside the NRM Excellence Manager.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the practical adoption of Essity's NRM analytical solutions through promotion, training, piloting, support, and problem-solving.
  • Establish a suite of valuable trends and performance measurement reports for senior management and other stakeholders. Implement, maintain, and utilize recommended reporting.
  • Transform data into actionable insights through project work, reporting, and the annual business planning cycle.
  • Continuously benchmark and enhance skills to remain at the forefront of best-in-class data and analytics for NRM. Bring external expertise into Essity's operations through personal initiatives and business case approvals for new investments.
  • Actively engage and contribute to Essity's NRM community.

Who You Are:

  • Extensive experience in FMCG within analytical, financial, or commercial roles.
  • Direct experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional skills in Excel; experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar is not required.
  • Significant experience in developing analytical solutions, including landscape assessments and predictive financial models.
  • Strong understanding of key NRM concepts such as Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
  • Confident grasp of NRM analytical principles, including elasticity, return on investment, and profit pools.
  • Ability to convert data into actionable insights, synthesizing large, diverse, and complex data sources into clear, comprehensible descriptions, predictions, and recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with insight agencies like NIQ and Buynomics; confidence in working with econometric and AI modeling techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills; a structured approach to managing projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about pioneering new solutions within Essity; motivated to drive organizational behavioral change through the adoption of new tools and processes among regional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; open to feedback and prepared to work collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
