About the Role:

Cornwallis Court, part of The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Co., is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our housekeeping team to ensure our residents have a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Manage stock and resources, including laundry and cleaning supplies
  • Oversee maintenance routines and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews and annual appraisals with team members
  • Identify training needs and ensure team members receive necessary training and development

About Us:

Cornwallis Court provides residential care, nursing, and residential dementia support for up to 68 residents. We are part of a large charitable organisation with a long history of providing care and support to our residents.

Requirements:
