Key Account Executive Role Overview

POST Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with key customers, growing revenue, and ensuring account needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with key account customers through regular conversations, emails, and video calls.
  2. Implement process improvements around key account framework agreements to ensure all departments meet requirements.
  3. Build strong stakeholder relationships internally to understand and meet account needs.
  4. Provide regular reports to key accounts based on their requirements.
  5. Maintain data protection and confidentiality, ensuring sensitive documents are filed or disposed of appropriately.
  6. Handle key account complaints professionally, seeking information and a suitable resolution.
  7. Update key account buyers and sales personnel on new products and pricing.
  8. Maintain the CRM with new customer and project details.
  9. Offer product suggestions to customers needing support or ideas.
  10. Coordinate sample requests for key accounts.
  11. Process key account orders through the OMS, checking stock availability and reporting on order journey.
  12. Prepare and pack goods for key account events and presentations.
  13. Attend and deliver key account training and presentation days.
  14. Manage the embellishment process from enquiry to delivery.
  15. Train on Wilcom to edit embellishment designs.
  16. Ensure quality is maintained through Torque or other embellishment suppliers.
  17. Brief and establish a back-up team member for absences or holidays.
  18. Support customer service with incoming calls, emails, and visitor handling.
