Key Account Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing relationships and revenue within key accounts by understanding the needs of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with Key Account customers through regular conversations, emails, and video calls.
  2. Develop process around the Key Account Framework Agreements to ensure all departments meet the requirements.
  3. Develop strong stakeholder relations internally to ensure account needs are understood and met.
  4. Provide reports to Key Accounts depending on their requirements.
  5. Take care of data protection and confidentiality, ensuring sensitive documents are filed or disposed of appropriately.
  6. Handle Key Account complaints in a professional manner, seeking information and a suitable resolution.
  7. Update Key Account buyers and sales personnel with new products as directed by Marketing.
  8. Update Key Account buyers with new pricing as guided by GM/Customer Experience Manager.
  9. Maintain the CRM with new customer/project details as requested.
  10. Offer product suggestions to customers needing support/ideas.
  11. Co-ordinate sample requests for Key Accounts as per guidelines.
  12. Process Key Account orders through the OMS, checking stock availability and reporting on order journey.
  13. Prepare/pack/deliver/retrieve goods for Key Account events and presentations.
  14. Attend and deliver Key Account training/presentation days as required.
  15. All embellishment requests for Key Account orders.
  16. Own the embroidery process from enquiry to delivery.
  17. Train on Wilcom to make edits if needed.
  18. Maintain clear communication throughout the embroidery process with stakeholders.
  19. Ensure quality is maintained through Torque or other embellishment suppliers.
  20. Brief/establish back-up team member/resource for absences/holidays.
  21. Answer and screen incoming calls supporting CS where needed.
  22. Respond to incoming emails/orders supporting CS where needed.
  23. Handle/welcome visitors to the office supporting CS where needed.
  24. Maintain a list of complaints or concerns and communicate internally/externally to find resolution.
