Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor - Highways Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on a multi-million pound highway project in the Leeds area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple subcontracts, including procurement, change control, and payment applications
* Collaborate with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver the project commercially
* Ensure timely payments to the supply chain and agree final accounts

Requirements:

* Confident in the administration of the NEC4 form of contract
* Civil engineering experience, preferably in highways/roads
* Strong commercial skills and attention to detail
