We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee the daily operations of our children's home in Leicestershire. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home environment provides the necessary support for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home, a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), and a full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and clinical experts, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young people through a seamlessly integrated SEND service.

This is a rewarding role that offers immense gratification as you empower young people to reclaim their childhoods and pave the way toward becoming well-rounded adults.

Salary and Benefits
  • A highly competitive salary: up to £56,966 per annum + bonuses
  • An annual bonus of 6% of your salary
  • £250 per weekend on-call (approximately 8 times a year)
  • Attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year
  • A long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary
