Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a leading UK retirement house builder with a strong presence in the Midlands region. We pride ourselves on building high-quality, purpose-built one and two-bedroom apartments that cater to the needs of older people seeking an independent lifestyle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our development in Calne, Wiltshire. This role involves supporting the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Estates Management Ltd's desirable developments.
  • Manage all external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives without compromising quality standards.
  • Hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a site bonus scheme, company car or cash allowance, annual holiday entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, and ongoing investment in your personal development.
