Senior Regional Care Manager

Jupiter Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Peripatetic Nurse Manager to join our team. Working with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, this role involves managing 14 care homes across London, Kent, and the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care and experience in managing regional teams. As Peripatetic Nurse Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting two divisions and maintaining regional contact with each care home
- Conducting regular visits to care homes as directed by Divisional Directors
- Ensuring a stimulating and caring environment is maintained
- Overseeing the medicine administration process in line with the company's care management of medicines policy
- Ensuring staff attend mandatory and required training courses to maintain skills, knowledge, and competency levels
- Supporting the Home Manager to plan and facilitate regular staff meetings and staff supervision
- Providing support and assistance to staff and delegating duties as appropriate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a large multi-site care provider in a high-level manager capacity and possess excellent knowledge of CQC standards. They will also be flexible and willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekends shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive an excellent salary of £67,900 per annum, along with a range of generous benefits including a £4,000 car allowance.
