Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our development in Calne, Wiltshire. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

The ideal candidate will have relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes, holding a CSCS Card and qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager with the entire construction cycle
  • Manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control
