About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sensory Panel Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sensory panel, you will play a critical role in evaluating the taste and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taste and describe Mondelēz products using a clearly defined vocabulary and consistent results.
  • Collaborate with other panelists to reach agreement on the taste profile of products.
  • Develop and maintain a keen sense of taste and smell to accurately evaluate products.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to share opinions and feedback.

Requirements

  • A passion for food and beverages and the ability to use your taste buds for detection.
  • Honesty when giving opinions and a willingness to try new and inventive products.
  • A communicative personality to build great relationships with your panel.
  • A firm grasp of the native language spoken in each individual location.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 12:30pm – 2:30pm
