About the Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Sensory Panel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sensory panel, you will play a critical role in evaluating the taste, texture, and overall quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taste and describe Mondelēz products using a clearly defined vocabulary and consistent results.
  • Collaborate with other panelists to reach agreement on the taste profile of products.
  • Develop and maintain a keen sense of taste and smell to accurately evaluate products.
  • Participate in sensory panel meetings to discuss and agree on product evaluations.

Requirements

  • A passion for food and beverages and the ability to use your senses to detect subtle differences.
  • Honesty and objectivity when providing feedback and opinions.
  • A communicative personality to build strong relationships with colleagues and panelists.
  • A firm grasp of the English language and excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule

The successful candidate will be required to work a regular schedule, Tuesday to Friday, 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Please note that this role may not be suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions or allergies, as you will be required to taste products that contain gluten, nuts, and dairy.
