Job Summary:

Mccabe & Barton is seeking a highly experienced Director of Transformation to lead our Business Change function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Lead a team of Business Change Professionals to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Agile practices across the organization
  • Manage large budgets and resources, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain robust portfolio dashboards and KPIs to measure business performance
  • Collaborate with the PMO function to define processes and documentation, and ensure adequate controls are in place
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, and support them in their projects as needed
  • Challenge and question processes and procedures to ensure they meet business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional departmental leaders to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale business change initiatives
  • Experience in managing large budgets and resources, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and implementing Agile practices, and a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
