Job Overview

McCabe & Barton is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Change to lead our Financial Services client's transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of Business Change Professionals to deliver large-scale transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain robust portfolio dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and departmental heads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
