Job Description

McCabe & Barton is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Change to lead our Financial Services client's transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of Business Change Professionals to deliver large-scale transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop robust business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Design and implement robust portfolio dashboards and KPIs to measure project performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the PMO function to develop and maintain processes and documentation, ensuring adequate controls and governance.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and departmental heads, to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives in a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of budget management and resource allocation.
