IC Test Development Engineer Lead

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled IC Test Development Lead Engineer to contribute to the entire ecosystem from Chip to Product within the Satellite Communication sector.

This role demands expertise in areas such as Mixed Signal & High Speed, RF/ADC/DAC, and defining and building comprehensive Test Plans. Experience with Teradyne systems is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of test strategies and methodologies for complex integrated circuits.
  • Design and implement automated test programs using industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers to ensure testability is incorporated into circuit designs.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of test engineers.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in IC testing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mixed-signal and high-speed circuit design and testing.
  • Strong understanding of RF, ADC, and DAC principles and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Teradyne test equipment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
