Job Title: Lead Test Product Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Product Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing test programs, planning test strategies, analyzing data, enhancing yield, and conducting failure analysis for our next generation ASICs.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Program Development: Design and develop test programs for mixed signal and high-speed devices on ATEs (V93k or Teradyne platforms)
  • Test Strategy Planning: Plan and execute test strategies to ensure high-quality products
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Yield Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance yield and reduce defects
  • Failure Analysis: Conduct thorough failure analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Test Program Experience: Proven experience with test program development for mixed signal and high-speed devices on ATEs
  • Reliability Testing Methods: Knowledge of reliability testing methods and techniques
  • Programming Skills: Extensive programming language skills, including experience with languages such as C, C++, and Python
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Management Skills: Ability to manage contractors and suppliers
