We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our DFT and Back-End Team, you will play a crucial part in developing System-on-Chip (SoC) designs through the complete life cycle.

• Develop and implement Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) strategies for complex ASIC projects.
• Design and implement test patterns, ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST to ensure high-quality SoC designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT into the SoC design flow.
• Contribute to the development of DFT standards and best practices within the company.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DFT technologies and trends to drive innovation and improvement.

• Strong track record in DFT with experience in ASIC design and development.
• Expertise in DFT architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development, and verification.
• Knowledge of industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
• Understanding of RTL design and verification is a plus.
• Experience working on SoC projects is beneficial.
