Role Overview:
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of training activities and maintenance of competence assurance systems. This includes identifying and implementing improvements to efficiency and quality of the overall service to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training activities and maintain competence assurance systems
- Identify and implement improvements to efficiency and quality of the overall service
- Work closely with the training and competence assurance team to ensure alignment with the company's Learning & Development policy and wider Learning and Development / HR strategies
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of training and competence assurance systems and be able to work effectively in a small team environment. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills.
