On Call Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated On Call Coordinator to join our team at Healthcare Homes. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in supporting our care team with out of hours queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carers via phone and email
  • Liaise with care teams to resolve queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery
